About Us

Štikovica Bay is a small, peaceful place located just 6 km from the city of Dubrovnik, on the approach from Split. We are only 50 meters from the beach, which is suitable for all ages and has always been a favorite among the locals due to its clean waters.

The villa offers well-equipped rooms and apartments with private entrances. Some have terraces overlooking Zaton Bay, others feature private terraces surrounded by Mediterranean fruit and flowers, or large private terraces for bigger families or organized groups. We also have rooms for guests who prefer peace and quiet. We are still grateful to our dear guest from the UK, aged 83, who every evening sat for hours on the terrace, sipping just one glass of aromatic brandy. After his departure, he left the best review we have ever received: “Here, one can only enjoy.”

You can arrange a rich and varied breakfast, boat trips to the islands with a picnic, other types of excursions, or an official guide to explore Dubrovnik.

For airport transfers, it’s best to hire a taxi as the service is excellent, and you don’t need us.

Our guests have free parking, the possibility of a barbecue, air conditioning, a coffee machine with coffee and teas. If you have special requests, everything can be arranged.

Everything else is like with other providers, except that we always strive to set prices according to the level of service.

We would appreciate it if our guests store food appropriately, as this is the Mediterranean! As a self-catering facility, we change towels every 3 days and bed linen every 7 days.
