Terms and Conditions for Booking Villa Doris
General Information
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made for stays at Villa Doris.
By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Booking
A reservation is considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been made according to the agreed payment terms.
Guests wishing to make a reservation must provide accurate personal details and contact information.
Payment
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.

All card payments are processed securely using SSL encryption and in compliance with international PCI-DSS security standards.
A confirmation email will be sent once the payment has been successfully received.
In the event of late or missing payment, Villa Doris reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival allow a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.

In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 2:00 PM onward

Check-out: by 10:00 AM at the latest
If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact our team in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability cannot always be guaranteed.
Pets
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and subject to an additional fee.
Guests are responsible for their pets’ behavior during their stay.
Damage and Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including damage to property, furniture, or any other items within Villa Doris.
Any damage must be fully compensated.
House Rules
All guests are expected to behave politely and respectfully toward other guests and staff.
Noise and disturbances are not allowed, especially during nighttime hours.
Liability
Villa Doris accepts no responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your stay.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to use the provided safes for valuables, where available.
Changes to Terms
Villa Doris reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Any changes will be published on the official website or sent to guests via email.
